As the face and voice of Lumino, our receptionists confidently communicate and engage with our clinical team and our patients, to deliver a professional end to end experience.
A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries, generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists and hygienists as well as patient recalls, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be an asset to you in this role as you methodically organise patient bookings.
